Profile Settings
Managing Your Profile
Customize your TradeLogist profile and preferences.
Accessing Profile Settings
- Click your avatar in the top right
- Select Settings
- Navigate to Profile tab
Profile Information
Editable fields:
- Display Name
- Email Address
- Profile Photo
- Time Zone
- Currency Preference
Changing Your Email
- Go to Profile → Email
- Enter new email address
- Verify via confirmation link
- Old email notified of change
Updating Your Photo
- Click on your avatar
- Upload new image (JPG, PNG)
- Crop to fit
- Save changes
Photo requirements:
- Minimum 200x200 pixels
- Maximum 5MB file size
- Square aspect ratio recommended
Time Zone Settings
Your time zone affects:
- Trade timestamps display
- Calendar view
- Report date ranges
- Daily P/L calculations
To change:
- Go to Profile → Time Zone
- Select from dropdown
- Choose to convert existing trades or not
Currency Preference
Set your preferred currency for:
- P/L display
- Account balance
- Analytics
Note: This doesn't convert actual values, just display.
Trading Experience Level
Helps us customize your experience:
- Beginner: More tooltips and guidance
- Intermediate: Standard interface
- Advanced: Power user features
Display Preferences
Customize how data appears:
- Date format (MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY)
- Number format (1,000 or 1.000)
- P/L colors (green/red or custom)
